It is only natural that it is harder for us to try out new things, because we are afraid of disappointments, but in this case we can put this aside, because the point is to try out new things that bring us joy, and this product is just like that!
The green spiced minced garlic is a very special spice mix, mainly developed for foodies. This mix can make any kind of meat dish special but it is also great for grilled fish and pasta dishes.
The central emphasis is of course on the crushed garlic, however other spices can be found in it such as onion, parsley, black pepper, ginger, rosemary and savory.
We have to pay close attention to its dosing, because the taste is very explicit, concentrated and abundant, so for 500-700 grams of meat we should use no more than 50 grams of crushed garlic spice mix.
We can utilize it as a dry marinade on meats, so before putting them into the oven or roasting them, we should rub the meat with the mix, in any other case such as side dishes, pasta dishes or salads we should only use it when creating the final taste so that the result can be pretty special. We mostly recommend it to those who prefer the traditional, Hungarian flavors.
